CANCELLATION OF THE BOOKING
Depending on the rate selected by the customer at the time of booking, cancellation terms may apply.At the time of booking, customers are informed of the cancellation terms corresponding to the rate they have selected.
There are currently two rates:
“Non-refundable, non-cancellable”: Upon booking, 100% of the reservation amount is charged and is non-refundable. A deposit equal to 100% of the total reservation amount, excluding supplements, is charged at the time of booking.
“Flexible”: Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before the arrival time indicated in the booking confirmation email. If the reservation is canceled after this deadline, or if the guest does not show up at the hotel, the first night’s stay, excluding any surcharges, will be charged and is non-refundable. The debit/credit card used by the guest at the time of booking will serve as a guarantee for the reservation.
